Shipped the Policy Prep Tool end-to-end, an AI agent that extracts payroll policies from unstructured client documents and surfaces escalation flags before kickoff, converting judgment that lived in a handful of senior officers into a tool every implementation officer can use. Partnered across squads with PM and engineering through the full cycle.

Owned the Policy Prep Tool's trust model: how the AI shows its work, how users push back when it gets something wrong, and how those corrections feed back to improve future runs, so inexperienced officers can act on the AI's suggestions with the caution a senior would.

Co-built a multi-agent AI workflow that takes 0-to-1 projects from fuzzy brief to production-ready prototype, with agent personas driving each stage (research, PRD, UX spec, and code handoff) under a designer's direction.

Built and scaled the Toge company-wide design system across product teams, with governance and contribution models aligning design, product, and engineering on how components ship, deprecate, and evolve. Drove adoption through documentation, workshops, and weekly cross-functional component reviews.

Spearheaded the system's migration from a traditional npm package to a shadcn-style component registry: pulling component source directly into consumer codebases so Claude Code and Cursor reason with full context, replacing the guess-from-docs problem npm imports create for AI-paired work.

Defined design system governance and contribution models, aligning design, product, and engineering teams on scalable workflows for long-term maintainability.

Designed complex enterprise flows (company setup, employee records, shifts, leave, time & attendance) and analytics dashboards across attrition, headcount, and demographics, surfacing the decisions admins actually need to make under data and regulatory constraints.

Mentored junior designers on systems thinking, scalable UX, and cross-platform consistency. Influenced next-gen HRIS and Payroll direction through research and concept testing, aligning stakeholders across design, product, and engineering.

Refactored and documented core components in the mobile design system for Avaloq, a Swiss core-banking and wealth-management platform, improving maintainability and developer handoff across fintech client deployments.
